The Elation MagFLY Wireless DMX Receiver Card is a great choice for Magmatic foggers, hazers, snow machines, CO2 simulators, low - lying and bubble machines. It's compatible with both Magmatic Magfly and Elation Efly transceivers. With a working distance of 1,500 feet and operating on a 2.4GHz wireless band, it offers excellent performance. The maximum ambient and unit surface temperature it can handle is 104F (40). It comes in different dimensions and weights depending on the antenna. Without an antenna, it's 3.15” x 2.2” x 0.82” (80x56x21mm) and weighs 0.2lbs. (90g). The MAGFLY box includes long and short antennas (the short one is for the Therma Tour series) and two pairs of screw kits.
Using the Elation MagFLY Wireless DMX Receiver Card is easy. First, choose the right antenna according to your needs. The long antenna might be better for longer - range use, while the short one in the box is for the Therma Tour series. Connect the card to your Magmatic fogger, hazer, snow machine or other compatible devices. Make sure the device is turned off before connecting to avoid any electrical issues. When using, keep in mind that the maximum ambient and unit surface temperature it can handle is 104F (40). Don't expose it to higher temperatures. For maintenance, simply keep it clean and dry. If there's dust on it, you can use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe it. Store it in a cool and dry place when not in use.
