Product Description

Liberty's latest data cable features a unique design where the shield is fully covered with non-conductive Mylar and there's no drain wire. This format, around for some time, was initially meant to reduce cable diameters for UTP Cat6A 10G Networking. It's great for both Data and HDBaseT(R) runs as it eliminates ground loop issues. You might have seen HDBaseT runs where transmitters often fail - that's a sign of a ground loop. Switching to this 'NCS' version gets rid of the ground loop without complex solutions. Using the NCS version also lets you use cheaper unshielded (UTP) jacks and plugs. Available in Plenum and Riser ratings, this cable solves grounding problems. Key features include 23 AWG solid bare copper conductors, polyolefin insulation, varying lay twisted pairs, a fully encapsulated poly/foil/poly binder, a riser rated PVC jacket, third - party (UL, ETL) certification to Category 6A performance, full certification to 500 MHz, NEC Rated CMR, CEC Rated CMG FT4, RoHS compliance, and it comes in 1000 - foot spools as standard.

Using this Liberty AV cable is easy. First, make sure you have the right tools like cable cutters and crimpers. You can use it for Data and HDBaseT(R) connections. When installing, be gentle with the cable to avoid damaging the conductors. Since it can solve ground loop issues, it's a great choice if you've had problems with transmitters in HDBaseT runs. For connections, you can use cheaper unshielded (UTP) jacks and plugs. As for maintenance, keep it away from sharp objects that could cut the jacket. Store it in a dry place to prevent damage from moisture. Also, check the cable regularly for any signs of wear or damage, especially if it's in a high - traffic area.
