The Elation UNI BAR is a super - handy single DMX channel dimmer. It offers up to 10 amps of maximum channel output and comes with both dimmer and switch pack modes. You can set dimmer presets and limits easily. There's a local HTP dimmer control dial and an input for an optional analog HTP dimmer controller. It also has power failure memory. With 3 - pin DMX in/out (5 - pin effective May 1, 2019), two Edison 3 - prong outputs, a 3 - button control panel, and an LCD display, it's a great choice. And it can be mounted on trusses using standard clamps or couplers. Using the Elation UNI BAR is easy. First, connect it to your DMX system using the 3 - pin DMX in/out (you can use 5 - pin after May 1, 2019). Then, plug your lighting fixtures into the two Edison 3 - prong outputs. You can control the dimmer either via the local HTP dimmer control dial or by using an optional analog HTP dimmer controller if you connect it to the input. Set your dimmer presets and limits as you like using the 3 - button control panel and check the settings on the LCD display. When there's a power failure, don't worry as it has power failure memory. For maintenance, keep it clean and dry. Don't expose it to extreme temperatures or moisture. If you want to mount it, you can use standard truss clamps or couplers. Just make sure it's securely attached.
