Using the Ubiquiti Wave AP is easy. First, unpack the box and find the mounting kit. Choose a suitable location for installation and use the kit to mount the access point on a pole. Make sure the pole's diameter is between 25 to 76 mm. Connect the access point to power using the provided PoE adapter. It uses Passive PoE 4 - pairs (44–54V DC) with a maximum power consumption of 24W. Then, connect it to your network via the 2.5GbE RJ45 port or the 10G SFP+ port.
