Product Description

The Adaptive Technologies PS - 150NPS - 2 Saddle Bracket Truss Mount is a great solution for your suspension needs. It offers a load - rated vertical hang point from overhead truss, letting you securely suspend objects with 1 - 1/2” diameter schedule 40 pipe (NPT & NPS). This mount attaches directly to box trussing, lighting truss, and other theatrical pipe applications with cord diameters from 1 - 3/8” OD to 2 - 1/2” OD, providing a vertical connection for 1 - 1/2” schedule 40 pipe. The kit comes with a powder - coated mount having a built - in set screw lock, two U - Bolts, and all related hardware. Key features include a load - rated suspension point for 1.5” pipe, accommodation for 2” dia pipe and box truss, a powder coat finish, and all necessary hardware. It's made of structural steel alloy, has a black color, and a powder coat finish. The Working Load Limit (WLL) is 240lb / 109kg, with a 5:1 design factor. The package includes 1 saddle bracket assembly and 1 set of U - Bolt Kit.

Using the Adaptive Technologies PS - 150NPS - 2 Saddle Bracket Truss Mount is easy. First, find the right overhead truss that has a cord diameter between 1 - 3/8” OD to 2 - 1/2” OD. Then, attach the saddle mount directly to the truss. Next, insert your 1 - 1/2” diameter schedule 40 pipe into the mount and use the built - in set screw lock to secure it. Finally, use the provided U - Bolts and hardware to complete the installation. When using this mount, make sure not to exceed the Working Load Limit of 240lb / 109kg. Keep the mount away from excessive moisture to prevent rust. For maintenance, occasionally check the set screw lock and the U - Bolts for tightness. If the powder coat finish gets scratched, touch it up to maintain its durability.
