It's super easy to replace using the included hex key. This adapter's anti-rotation system works great with Manfrotto 055 series, 190 series, and 386B-1 Nano Clamp. Key features include preventing load rotation, compatibility with 244micro, 244mini and 244microkit friction arms, easy mounting with the hex key, and also being compatible with 386B-1 Nano Clamp, 055 & 190 Series Tripods.
