The PXM PX255 is a top - notch one - channel bidirectional DMX/DALI converter. It acts as a bridge, seamlessly integrating dynamic lighting systems using the DALI protocol with those under DMX - 512 control. With this converter, you can easily connect DMX - 512 devices to the DALI protocol and vice versa. According to the DALI specification, it can control up to 64 DALI devices, including ballasts. The user - friendly device menu lets you address individual lamps or groups of devices, and create up to 16 groups. It also offers customizable parameters for each lamp, like minimum and maximum brightness, fade time, fade rate, and backup brightness in case of a control system failure. Powered by 24V DC, it comes in a housing that fits 35 mm wide DIN rails, with a width equivalent to six individual rail modules. Key features include being a bidirectional DMX/DALI converter, integrating DALI - based and DMX - 512 lighting systems, enabling two - way device connection, controlling 64 DALI devices, having a user - friendly menu for device addressing, and supporting up to 16 groups.
