Product Description

The Stage Ninja MED-15-CAT6 is a top - notch retractable cable reel. It features a premium CAT6 shielded cable encased in a housing with an antimicrobial agent. The static end is 3 feet long, while the retractable part extends up to 15 feet. To use, simply pull the cable to your desired length and it locks in place. Give it another tug to unlock, and it retracts right back into the protective housing. The housing is made of durable high - impact plastic with a permanent antimicrobial additive. It comes with a 9 - inch flat mounting strap for horizontal surfaces like cabinets or racks, and a vertical mounting bracket kit (part VMB - 7 - S) is available. This reel gets rid of cord winding, tangles, and workspace mess, making it perfect for sterile and mobile applications. Key features include premium RJ45 connectors, a 7.5 - inch reel diameter, 2.85 - inch reel thickness, 0.27 - inch diameter mounting holes, and 7.77 inches between the holes. It should be installed and used in dry locations.

Using this cable reel is a breeze. First, decide where you want to mount it. You can use the flat mounting strap for horizontal surfaces like a cabinet or rack. If you prefer a vertical mount, get the VMB - 7 - S vertical mounting bracket kit. Once it's mounted, you're ready to use the cable. Just pull the cable out to the length you need, and it will lock in place. When you're done, give it another gentle pull and the cable will quickly retract back into the housing. As for maintenance, keep it in a dry place as recommended. The antimicrobial agent in the housing helps keep it clean, but you can wipe it down occasionally with a dry cloth. Don't try to force the cable or use it in wet environments, as this could damage the cable and the reel.
