Using the American DJ 12PX HEX is easy. First, connect it to power using the powerCON power cable provided. You can plug it into a power source with multi-voltage (AC 100 - 240V, 50/60Hz). For controlling the light, you can use the 4 - button, DMX digital display on the rear panel. If you have the Dotz Par RF wireless remote control (sold separately), you can use it too. There are 5 operational modes like Static Color Mode, RGBAW & UV Dimmer Mode, Program Mode, Sound Active Mode, and DMX Controlled. Just select the mode you like. When placing the fixture, you can use the scissor yoke to hang it or set it on the ground with the rubber feet. Make sure to place it in a stable position. When it comes to color mixing, you have 63 built - in color macros for smooth color effects. Remember, the diffusion filters are sold separately, but you can use the gel frame in the box with them. For maintenance, keep the fixture clean. Wipe it gently with a dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals. Also, don't expose it to extreme temperatures or moisture.
