Product Description

The Blizzard Lighting 2 - FER - 3PIN is an amazing all - in - one device. It combines a 2 - way power splitter and a 2 - way DMX splitter in a single, convenient unit. This makes it perfect for any setup where powerCON power cables and DMX cables are often used. It also pairs extremely well with Blizzard’s DMX - PC combo cables. This well - made and reliable splitter simplifies your life and lighting setups. It has 1x 20A powerCON compatible input and 2x 20A powerCON compatible flush - mounted outputs. You can choose between 3 - pin (2 - FER - 3PIN) or 5 - pin (2 - FER - 5PIN) DMX connectors, with 1 signal input and 2 signal outputs. The DMX connectors are 100% optically isolated, and there's a built - in 120 Ohm terminator/pass thru switch to properly complete a DMX chain. Key features include 1x DMX signal input, 2x DMX signal outputs, 1x powerCON compatible input, 2x powerCON compatible outputs, optically isolated XLR connectors, flush - mounted power connectors, 3 - pin XLR connectors, a 120 Ohm terminator/pass thru switch, 12/14 AWG internal wiring, output power/signal LED status indicators, a steel housing, a threaded clamp mounting hole (M10), and it's well - built and highly reliable. Technical specs: Length is 5.4 inches (136 mm), depth is 3.3 inches (82 mm), height is 3.5 inches (88mm), and weight is 2.5 lbs (1.1 kg). It operates at 110 - 240VAC, 50 - 60 Hz.

Using the Blizzard Lighting 2 - FER - 3PIN is easy. First, connect your powerCON power cable to the 20A powerCON compatible input. Then, you can connect your devices to the two 20A powerCON compatible flush - mounted outputs. For the DMX connection, plug your DMX cable into the signal input. You can then connect other DMX - enabled devices to the two signal outputs. Make sure to check the LED status indicators to ensure proper power and signal output. When using it in a DMX chain, you can use the 120 Ohm terminator/pass thru switch as needed. As for maintenance, keep the unit clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture. If you notice any issues with the power or signal, check the connections first. If problems persist, it might be time to get it checked by a professional. Also, be careful when mounting it using the threaded clamp mounting hole (M10) to avoid damaging the unit.
