Using this cable is a breeze. First, check if your equipment has DMX and powerCON TRUE1 connections. If it does, simply connect the male end of the cable to one device and the female end to the other. Make sure the connections are secure by using the twist lock system. When setting up outdoors, don't worry about dust or water as the cable is IP65 rated. However, avoid submerging it in water. For maintenance, keep the cable away from sharp objects to prevent cuts. If it gets dirty, you can wipe it clean with a dry cloth. Remember, this cable is UL approved, but always use it within its specified electrical ratings, which are 16A single phase (20A in the USA). This will ensure the cable works well and lasts a long time.
