The DigitaLinx DL-PLUSB3.1AA-005M is a 16.4-foot USB 3.x/2.0/1.1 A-A Active Optical Plenum Cable (AOC). It's a USB data cable with limited power support, not supporting Alternate Mode Video currently. Check the product spec sheet for details.
