Product Description
Upgrade your stage lighting setup effortlessly with Cool Cable's innovative DMX 5 - pin PC combo cables. These cables cleverly combine power and DMX functions into one tidy package, getting rid of the need for separate power and DMX extension cords. They come in different lengths to fit your exact needs and use industry - standard connectors for seamless integration with your existing equipment.
The power cable uses heavy - duty 14AWG wire for reliable performance. Both the blue input and white output connectors are powerCON compatible. The DMX cable has a 120 - ohm impedance, low capacitance, and a double (foil and braid) shield for strong signal transmission. High - quality XLR(M) to XLR(F) connectors ensure a secure connection at both ends.
Designed specifically for data, these cables use wire wrapped 5 times tighter than traditional DMX cables, ensuring reliable data transfer. The outer jacket is made of highly flexible black PVC with heat shrink for extra durability.
Please note: The power connectors are compatible with products from Neutrik AG, Neutrik USA, and their associates, but are not directly affiliated with or endorsed by them. Neutrik, powerCON, TRUE1, and etherCON are registered trademarks of Neutrik AG.

Using this cable is a breeze. First, connect the male end of the 5 - pin DMX part to the output of your DMX - capable device, like a lighting controller. Then, plug the female end into the input of your lighting fixture. For the power part, connect the powerCON - compatible input connector to a power source and the output connector to your fixture.
When handling the cable, be gentle to avoid bending it too sharply, which could damage the internal wires. Also, make sure the connectors are clean before use to ensure a good connection.
To maintain the cable, keep it away from sharp objects that could cut the outer jacket. After use, you can neatly coil it up using the included velcro cable straps. If the cable gets dirty, you can use a soft, damp cloth to clean the outer jacket. Remember, while the power connectors are compatible with Neutrik products, they are not affiliated with Neutrik, so don't expect official Neutrik support.
