The 1/4-20 thread easily screws into lights, monitors, or accessories. With a 5/8” receiver, you can mount it to any stand or accessory with a 5/8” baby pin. This mount can support up to 5 lbs of weight and is built with solid metal construction.
Using the Ikan SM - 501 is easy. First, if you're using the 1/4 - 20 thread, simply screw it into your light, monitor, or accessory. If you're using the 5/8” receiver, attach it to a stand or accessory with a 5/8” baby pin. When using, make sure the items you mount don't exceed the 5 - lb weight limit. Also, keep the padded anti - slip surface clean to ensure a good grip. For maintenance, wipe it down with a dry cloth regularly.
