Product Description

The LYNN AV & Security Techlogix Networx MM9-LC is a single-unit multimode 900um LC click-on connector. The TechLogix ECO Series field-installable fiber optic connectors are great for quickly, easily, and reliably terminating 250um and 900um fiber cables in distribution and zip-cord setups. Unlike 'one-size-fits-all' connectors, the ECO Series is made for 250um and 900um cables, ensuring perfect alignment and reducing refraction and signal loss. With a large built-in verification window, a self-centering alignment groove, and an easy-to-press one-click termination button, installation takes just about two minutes. Key features include: LC type connectors; compatibility with multimode (OM2, OM3 & OM4) cables; works with 250um and 900um cables in various formats; no need for proprietary tools; no epoxy, crimping, or polishing; a built-in verification window for proper termination; a self-centering groove for easy fiber insertion; a built-in button for one-click termination and locking jig release; an average termination time of around two minutes; and it's reusable (recommended for five or fewer termination cycles).

Using this LYNN AV & Security Techlogix Networx connector is a breeze. First, make sure you have a 250um or 900um multimode cable. There's no need to find any special tools, and you won't have to deal with epoxy, crimping, or polishing. Just insert the fiber cable into the connector. Thanks to the self - centering alignment groove, it'll guide the fiber strand in easily and reliably. Then, press the built - in button for one - click termination and to release the locking jig. You can check the built - in verification window to make sure the termination is proper. The whole process should take about two minutes. When it comes to reusing the connector, it's best to limit it to five or fewer termination cycles. For maintenance, keep it clean and dry. Avoid bending or pulling the connector too hard as it may affect the signal transmission. If you notice any issues with signal quality, check the termination in the verification window and make sure the fiber is properly inserted.
