The Niveo NR10 is a top - notch PoE+ NAT router crafted for small or medium network settings. It comes with 4 Gigabit PSE LAN ports and 1 Gigabit (Powered Device) WAN port. Its compact build makes it a perfect fit when space is scarce. This router features 4 - port PoE+ IEEE 802.3at, offering up to 30 watts per port. Key features include being a 4 Gigabit LAN PSE ports & 1 Gigabit WAN PD port PoE+ Gateway. The 1 Gigabit WAN PD port enables the NR - 10 to get power from a PSE. The 4 Gigabit LAN PSE ports support IEEE 802.3af/at PoE, delivering up to 30W per port. It also supports IEEE 802.3az EEE for energy - saving during low network traffic and voice VLAN. Management features like Max/Min Bandwidth Control, QoS, and Broadcast/Multicast/Unknown Frames Storm Control are also available.
Using the Niveo NR10 is quite easy. First, connect the WAN port to your broadband source. Then, connect your devices to the LAN ports. If you're using PoE - enabled devices, just plug them in and the router will supply power automatically. For voice VLAN, configure it according to your needs in the router settings. When it comes to maintenance, keep the router in a well - ventilated area to prevent overheating. Check the network cables regularly to ensure they are properly connected. In terms of power - saving, the router will work in an energy - efficient mode during low traffic. Don't expose the router to extreme temperatures or humidity. And remember to update the router's firmware regularly to keep it running smoothly.
